End User License Agreement (EULA) for PanPlay

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of “PanPlay” (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”), an open-source audio player application that allows you to play content accessible through a web browser. By accessing and using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes. This license is provided in accordance with the MIT License, which permits you to use, copy, modify, merge, and distribute the Software, provided that all original copyright notices and these license terms are retained.

3. Copyright and Usage Restrictions
You are required to ensure that you do not play any content that is protected by copyright unless you possess the necessary rights or have explicit permission from the copyright holder. The Software must not be used to infringe upon copyright laws or other applicable regulations.

4. Content-Protection Mechanism (CPM)
PanPlay includes a Content-Protection Mechanism (CPM) designed to support compliance with applicable copyright laws. This mechanism checks content before it is played to ensure that no illegal or unlicensed content is used. You agree not to circumvent or disable these protective functions.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. Pangom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. Changes to the Agreement
Pangom reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for updates.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

8. Provider Information
